INSURANCE INFO
We believe in two very important factors: SAFETY & SECURITY.
• We carry our own insurance which totals $5,000,000.• We are NTA, IATAN, and ABA members.
• We only use coach companies with at a minimum of $5,000,000 insurance and who’s bus driver’s are school board approved with certified drivers. A Certificate of Insurance endorsed to your school can be provided upon request.
• We not only use chain hotels like Marriott, Sheraton, Radisson, Doubletree and Holiday Inn but we also make sure that your hotel is in a safe neighborhood with interior corridors. Upon request, specific hotels and beachfront properties can be arranged. If you require, additional night time security guards exclusive to your group can be arranged at your hotel.
• Four Winds Representatives are available 24/7 throughout your trip.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances resulting in the cancellation of your trip we will make every effort to obtain for you any released monies despite the vendor cancellation policies.
