Puerto Rico

    San Juan the capital and largest city of Puerto Rico, is one of the biggest and best
    natural harbors in the Caribbean and is the second oldest European-founded city in the
    Americas. Don’t miss Ponce Puerto Rico's second largest city, known as "La Perla del Sur" (pearl of thesouth). Ponce has been declared a national treasure. It consists of plazas and churches and highly decorative colonial homes, some glorious fountains and a unique fire station. El Yunque National Forest gets its name from an Indian spirit Yuquiye, which means "Forest of Clouds", that gave the mountain that dominates the 28,000 acre of tropical forest. It is the only tropical forest in the United States National Forest System.

    SAMPLE ITINERARY - San Juan, Puerto Rico (5 days / 4 nights)

    Day 1
    Depart from the USA for your flight to San Juan. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
    Depart for your 90 min. Duck Tour. Experience a unique land and sea tour on specially designed “amphibious” bus. Enjoy the narrated tour of the history and culture of Puerto Rico. Return to hotel to check-in and freshen up for dinner. Return to hotel after dinner to enjoy the facilities.

    Day 2
    Breakfast. Depart for El Yunque (El Bosque Nacional del Caribe) also known as the Rainforest.
    Go on tour of El Yunque. Soak in the lush tropical growth, wet clouds, waterfalls, and incredible wildlife of the only tropical forest in the United States’ park system. Lunch on own. After your tour depart for Luquillo Beach the islands best and most popular public stretch of tranquil waters and golden sand. Offshore are coral formations and spectacular sea life and tropical fish. The water is calm and comfortable. Return to the hotel to freshen up for dinner at local restaurant. After dinner: Depart for Phosphorescent Bay at La Parquera. Return to hotel.

    Day 3
    Breakfast. Meet guide for sightseeing tour of Old San Juan founded in 1521 Stroll the narrow streets and relive five centuries of history. Visit the Plaza Las Americas or Plaza Carolina (local mall) for shopping and lunch on own. Depart for the Condado Beach. Spend the afternoon at the beach. Dinner. Return to the hotel.

    Day 4
    Breakfast depart for your trip to Ponce about 2 hours from San Juan. Ponce is Puerto Ricos second city and because of its unique beauty, it is known as the Pearl of the South. Time to walk around to enjoy the Mediterranean flavor to this city of plazas and fountains. Return to your hotel for some time to enjoy the hotel Dinner at local restaurant.

    Day 5
    Breakfast Check out and depart for Fort San Cristobal. Visit Fort San Cristobal (St. Christopher). Depart for San Juan Airport for flight back to the USA.
